The task was comprehensive: the conception and establishment of a complete company, from the initial idea to market readiness. We launched Neohome as an in-house development with the goal of creating a brand that clearly stands out from the competition. Instead of relying on traditional sales channels, Neohome was designed to win over customers with radical price transparency, an excellent digital presentation of its house models, and outstanding digital customer service. A key challenge was to present the properties in such a detailed and tangible way-through 3D tours, video walkthroughs, and transparent feature lists- that a purchase decision could theoretically be made without a prior physical viewing.

  • Brand Development We started with the creation of the name, logo, and the complete corporate identity to establish a modern and trustworthy brand.

  • Web Development The centerpiece is the website we designed and developed. It serves not only as a digital business card but as a central sales channel with detailed house presentations, high-resolution images, 3D tours by Matterport, and transparent price lists.

  • Online Marketing & Lead Generation To generate qualified inquiries, we relied on a targeted online marketing strategy. A key tool was the Neohome catalog, which functioned as an effective lead magnet via download, providing valuable customer data.

  • Content & Social Media We built up the social media channels and create engaging content to reach the target audience and increase brand awareness.

  • Customer Service Processes In parallel, we implemented a structured process for handling and qualifying incoming leads through customer service to ensure a seamless customer journey.
